To make this event successful we need your help, the following is what we need:

9 people needed for fish breading

2 to sell tickets

1 person as ticket taker and 1 for dessert tickects

1 person to serve each item we are serving

2 people to fill carryout orders

2 people minimum to carry fish from the unit to serving line

2 people to walk around and offer more meat

2 people to walk around and offer more drink

3 to 4 people to wrok in the kitchen

2 or 3 people to clean tables as people finish

2 people to assist customers

The Fall Fundraising brochures went home today for the cheese & sausage/trash bag sale. The forms are due Tuesday, September 20th. The delivery will be October 18th. This fundraiser is prepay, so money will need to be collected and turned in by September 20th. For those of you who do not want to participate in selling (or buying) items, I've attached a donation for that you can use to help raise funds for the band program. If you do not wish to sell items for the fundraiser, you could distribute these forms to friends and acquaintances who might be interested in supporting the band. If are selling items for the fundraiser and you approach people who don't want to buy anything, but would still like to support the band, this form would be perfect for those situations as well. I am sure you have all heard about the State Fair Tragedy, I would like to ask for you help. On August 26th, we have our first home football game against PHHS. There was a lady from Pendleton that was injured at the fairgrounds, Andrea Vellinga. It is my hope at this game to to try and raise some money for this family. Hot pink is one of Andrea’s favorite colors, it would be great if you could wear some kind of pink ribbon on your shirt. I know school colors are to be worn, so a ribbon on your shirt would be great. Right now we will have Serendipity hair salon come out to put pink feathers in your hair for $20, plus we will have pink cookies and cakes for sale, we are working on having some other things available, all proceeds will go to Andrea and her family. Please come out and support the band before their big contest at State Fair. We will have hot dogs, burgers, ice cream and other yummy treats for sale from 5-7pm, then 7:30pm the band will perform their show for you.
